Q: What is in it?

A: Granny's Skin Care Skin Nourishment contains only organic, unrefined botanical products with no additives whatsoever, such as Mangosteen (Kokum)
Kokum Butter is rich in essential fatty acids, which aid in cell oxygenation and make nutrients more readily available
for use by skin tissues. Kokum Butter also contains antioxidant vitamin E.
Kokum Butter is non-comedogenic (non pore-clogging) It helps regenerate tired and worn skin cells and supports skin elasticity and general flexibility.
It has been used traditionally in Asia to soften skin and restore elasticity and as a balm for dry, cracked, rough and calloused skin.
It is also beneficial for the treatment of many different conditions, such as : Helps prevent dry skin and wrinkles - Helps regenerate skin cells

Cacao Butter (Not present in the sensitive version for people prone to Acne)
While Cocoa butter is an excellent skin moisturizer, it does more than just hydrate the skin — it helps actually heal it from the inside out too.
It’s a great source of natural antioxidants that are found in cocoa beans, plus fatty acids that are easily absorbed and remain on the skin for hours.
Natural hydrating products also tend to cause much less irritation to the skin than products made with additives, fragrances, colors and dyes.

Shea Butter

Shea butter has been used as a cosmetic ingredient for centuries. It is deeply moisturizing and anti inflammatory. Its high concentration of vitamins and fatty acids — combined with its easy-to-spread consistency — make it a great product for smoothing, soothing, and conditioning your skin.

It is also loaded with linoleic, oleic, stearic, and palmitic acids. When you apply Shea topically, these oils are rapidly absorbed into your skin. They act as a “refatting” agent, restoring lipids and rapidly creating moisture.

This restores the barrier between your skin and the outside environment, holding moisture in and reducing your risk of dryness.

Anti fungal, anti bacterial

Q: Why is it so expensive?

A: Granny's Skin Care is really NOT expensive considering we could add all kinds of additives and turn 1 cup into 8, making a watery lotion like the kind you find in the supermarket. Also we pick only the best organic unrefined ingredients. A little bit goes a LONG way!

Q: How do I use Granny's Skin Care  Products?

A: A little bit goes a long way. Take a small amount and massage into skin.
Granny's Skin Care Cremes should be kept at room temperature 65 to 75 Fahrenheit or 18 to 25 Celsius.
If too hot it may become liquid or if too cool it may become hard.
This does not affect the quality, effectiveness or shelf life of the product at all.
If product is liquidly just dip a clean finger in it and apply to skin or put it in the refrigerator for a while.
Do not microwave!
Separation: Separation has occurred when there is liquid on top and solid material on the bottom.
This is a natural occurrence and does not affect the product at all. Simply put in a warm place and then
stir the product with a clean spoon.
Promptly put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and then return product to room temperature.

Not all skin is the same, there are many skin types
Our skin will decide which oil it likes the most and remember that skin takes two weeks to turn over so anything that pops up between week 1-2 was probably already going to happen.
